Recommended application

Mould is steel structure what  made of section steel，steel plate， good steel ，light weight。Have running wheel at the bottom of mould，With sealing strips to prevent pouring leakage，reasonable structure，overturn sensitivity.It is a special equipment for pouring,when slurry poured into mould，after precuring and demoulding，will be cake waiting for cut.

Mould comprised of mould，side plate and clamping arm.

1.Mould 

Mould is steel structure that made of steel section and steel plate，good steel，light weight

At the both end set up overturn shaft，With sealing strips to prevent pouring leakage，reasonable structure，overturn sensitivity

2.side plate

Side plate  weldded by steel section and steel plate，good steel，enter into autoclave，no easy deformation.

3.Clamping arm

Clamping arm comprised of pinch wheel， clamping arm and  drive shaft，It is driven by a wrench device from the flip hanger.

Working Principle

Mould  comprised of mould，side plate and clamping arm into one body，to be able to work.mould working，can’t leave overturn sling.

Mould frame

Mould frame is mainly body of mould，assembled it with side plate,clamp tightly with clamping arm,ovtuern 900,then pour it into mould.finished pouring,overturn sling, hang it then overturn 900

Make cake vertical,hang it to cutting machine, loosen clamping arm,demoulding, then cake can be cutted.

side plate(bottom plate)

Side plate is open wall of closed mould,then clamp tightly ,Close to the frame seal,overtuern 900

Demoulding mould on the cutting machine,to be the bottom plate of cake.

Clamping arm

Clamping arm connect with overturn sling,Spanner under the function effect  of oil cylinder push make clamper 900 rotary,finished clamping and loosen action.
