Aluminum powder mixer is used to configure aluminum powder and water into liquids as required concentration

Aluminum powder mixer divided into three types:

Conventional type:comprised of tank and mixer,aluminum powder(gypsum) and water scaled by manual measurement,usually one mould one scale

计量型（半自动）：由大小两个筒体（大的筒体称为母桶，小的筒体称为子桶），两个计量系统，两个搅拌器，泵和阀门组成的计量搅拌系统，人工投入一定量（大约20kg）铝粉（膏）至搅拌机母体，控制系统根据母筒投入的铝粉（膏）量，自动完成加水并启动搅拌，使用时控制根据配料量由子筒自动完成铝粉（膏）浆体的计量并投入浇注机；

自动型：在半自动型基础上，配有铝粉（膏）投料装置和储存装置的计量搅拌系统，成袋（桶）铝粉（膏）置于投料装置，自动投入存储装置，然后由控制系统根据设定量控制储存装置的给料机构向母筒投入铝粉（膏）量，自动完成加水并启动搅拌，使用时控制系统根据配料量由子筒自动完成铝粉（膏）浆体的计量并投入浇筑搅拌机。

Working principle

铝粉搅拌机搅拌动力是电动机，电动机按顺时针方向旋转（由上向下看），带动搅拌轴和搅拌器转动，使物料在筒内旋转翻腾，达到搅拌的目的。搅拌后铝粉从浇注口处下落，落料由气动蝶阀控制

Structure

Alumium powder mixer comprised of mixing tank,mixing shaft and motor.

Mixing tank is cylindrical type，the cylinder bottom is shaped like a truncated cone，have the advantage of fastly discharging，roll it by steel plate.Pouring port material discharging controlled by pneumatic butterfly.

Mixing shaft comprised of drive belt wheel、bearing set and mixer.
