Gas line mold is used for gas production line of one of the equipment, this equipment by firing simple, no leakage of slurry, so popular. Then the gas line mold is generally composed of several parts, and we will briefly introduce each part below.

First of all, we need to know that the mold has three specifications of 4.2m/4.8m/6m. The mold is divided into two forms: movable and integral. The double hollow side plate plays the role of heat preservation, and the inner plate is welded with 8mm thick steel plate to increase its rigidity, prevent deformation and prolong the service cycle. Side panels also have 4.2,4.8,6.0 three structures.

The main composition of the die bottom plate: four sides choose square steel structure welding, 8mm thick steel plate to strengthen the rigidity, prevent deformation damage body. The bottom plate is made of special rectangular steel pipe, channel steel and steel plate, with specifications of 4200×1200mm, 4200×1500mm, 6000×1500mm, etc. Bottom plate should not only be durable, good stiffness, not easy to deformation, but also have good interchangeability.

Mold frame: divided into two kinds of movable and integral. The double-layer hollow side plate plays the role of heat preservation. The inner plate is welded with 10mm thick steel plate to increase its rigidity, prevent deformation and prolong the service cycle. Specifications (blank size before cutting) : 4.15m×1.24m×0.65m.

Fixed mold frame: the upper mouth is slightly smaller than the lower mouth to facilitate demoulding. Specifications are 4200×1200×600mm, 4200×1500×600mm, 6000×1500×600mm and so on.

The mold frame has good rigidity, easy demoulding, no leakage of slurry, and good interchangeability.
